“We recently had an early 19th-century watch repaired at the workshop. This included repairing the enamel dial which had become extensively cracked and bent. The watch is now working well and has also had the hands replaced with elegant gold ones. Because of the various stages required in the repair, the work took a little longer than originally predicted. However the workmanship was first class and although the full extent of the work could not be fully determined at the outset because of the age of the watch, the final cost was as set out in the original estimate. “I recently had my Grandfather clock restored by Horologium Precision (Tommy Jobson). It was a major overhaul for Tommy to work on with many parts having to be handmade.
