I am very pleased to announce that I have been awarded a Fellowship of the British Horological Institute. This is an extremely prestigious qualification and I now join the ranks of some very illustrious names in my trade who have also carried the post nominal FBHI. I’m very grateful to the BHI for the recognition.
I was contacted by BBC Radio Shropshire asking if I would be able to assist with repairing a clock for a very ill gentleman. Of course I was happy to help.

I’m delighted to announce that I am now a trade member of the Alliance of British Watch and Clock Makers. This is a fantastic new initiative to help promote and encourage independent British horology.
I will be giving a presentation on some of my work including the maintenance work carried out on the magnificent double pendulum regulators by both Buchanan’s and David Walter, as well as a making my replica of a Joseph Knibb roman striking long case. I will also be walking through my workshop and talking about some of the tools and machines that I use in my work.
